Shipping Policy

Planning a weekend away with your dog? Here’s when to expect your Roam & Rover Outfitters gear.

Free Shipping:
Shipping is free on orders over $75 (Beacuse you are already spending enough on dog treats).

Order Processing:
We typically get your order ready to ship within 2-5 business days after you place it. During busy periods, we may need a little extra time. Because our dogs teach us patience, patience is a virtue and we are all a work in progress. 

Shipping & Delivery:
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may affect when your gear arrives.

Track Your Order:
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Secure Checkout:
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system. Your information is safer than a stick that is strictly "too big" for the trail, but being carried anyway.
